This paper will examine the issue of wrongful criminal convictions. The affects of wrongful convictions on the public will be the focus of the paper. As well, Canada and Canadian public and convictions will be the emphasis. Statistics pertaining to these convictions will be introduced into the paper. Additionally, both sides of the issue will be brought into question.
