They freely express their opinions and will look you directly in the eye. They are both verbal and non-verbal about their expressions. They are forthright, positive, dogmatic and domineering. They have strong opinions based on perceived facts. If you do not stand up to the realists, he will not respect you. It is difficult to get them to change their minds on a subject.
